10 November, 2008 : - - As a first at ispo winter 09, the trade show organizers created the new Eco Responsibility Award! The focus is on the critical subjects of sustainability, ecology, and environmental awareness!

The award will honor extraordinary product innovations, which deem sustainability not just a new lifestyle, but fully endorse ecology in all aspects: from production, processing, material use to environmentally friendly transport options and packaging solutions.

The international award will be presented to products from the categories Hardware, Textile, Footwear, and Accessories. A qualified jury will determine the winners in mid-January; the awards will be presented during ispo winter 09.
