Lush Kilima bamboo longboard
This is the F-16 fighter jet of the longboard world. Stunning appearance and seriously fast. The Kilima has had an overhaul for 2006 and now comes in light-weight, strong Bamboo, and has been lowered by way of ‘Drop-through’ mounted trucks. The trucks are super stable at speed and 3DM Avalons have proved time and again that they are high performance wheels. This board is not just about speed though. It fits the bill as a classic longboard. Simply rolling down the street on it is an experience and the long wheelbase hides the fact that it turns and carves extremely well. The lowered ride height means that pushing and foot braking are more stable and comfortable, making it a good choice for long commutes or day long skate sessions.

Lush KISIWA longboard
With this board and a little imagination, flat empty car parks can transform into never ending asphalt waves. Cross-stepping, spinners, hang tens and hang heels (for the brave) are all possible on this board thanks to a wide deck, concave and a spoon nose. The kick-tail may look redundant on such a long board but it comes in quite useful for manoeuvring around obstacles and throwing in some extra style. With big Lush 70mm Magmas, the board floats over just about anything in its path, producing a super smooth ride and almost no road vibration. A gorgeous board and a beautiful ride.
